Taking Care of Your New Brows

For the best results, you should follow these aftercare instructions for two weeks. Wait a full four weeks to see your true results from each session.

Please keep aftercare in mind when booking your appointment!

It's best to book your appointment AFTER any trips with lots of un exposure and water or any appointments where your brows may be touched (ie. lashes, facials, etc)

Aftercare Instructions

First Day

After your apointment, you won't need to do anything to your brows for the first 24 hours.

However, it can be a good idea to blot your brows with a clean tissue periodically if you see any fluid in the area.

Week 1

Gently clean your brows two times a day using a q-tip with a small amount of water and antibacterial soap. Be sure not to rub or scrub!

Let your brows air dry or gently pat them dry.

Apply a thin layer of ointment. If you have oily skin, you may use even less or none at all.

Week 2

Clean and apply healing ointment only once a day



For the next two weeks:

BE CAREFUL WHEN:
• Sleeping › Be careful and try not to sleep face down.
• Showering › Don't put your brows directly in the stream of water.
• In the sun for a long time › Wear a hat or cover your brows while healing

YOU SHOULD AVOID:
• Activities that cause sweating (working out, saunas, steamy environments, etc.)
• Submerging in water (baths, pools)
• Long periods of time in direct sunlight or tanning
• Anything else on your brows.
Including makeup, harsh cleansers, facial peels,, etc.)

DO NOT PICK YOUR BROWS!
Do not pick, peel or scratch your brows. This can cause poor retention and scarring. Let any flakes fall off naturally.

Healing Phases

YOUR BROWS WILL GET DARKER
The first few days your brows may appear darker and more intense. This is normal and they will get lighter.

YOUR BROWS WILL FLAKE
Your brows will go through a flaking process. This can be minimal or more intense. Do not pick the flakes off! Do not scratch your brows! If they seem dry or itchy, you may apply a small amount of ointment.

YOUR BROWS WILL GET LIGHTER
While the skin is healing, it may seem like your pigment is fading away.
Don't worry, it will resurface!

YOUR BROWS SETTLE TO THEIR FINAL COLOR
Your final healed result will show by 4 weeks. They will be a bit lighter and softer.
Any imperfections in shape, color, lighter areas or gaps will be fixed at the touchup appointment.
